Delicious Food for Everyone

Ingredients

  • Chicken and rice
  • 20 ish ounces of boneless chicken thigh
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Onion/bp (cup or so)
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • Two cups chicken stock
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 4 cups pre cooked rice
  • lots of fresh cracked black pepp

Instructions

  1. Add Butter and onion/peppers to pan to soften
  2. Add garlic 
  3. Add chicken and mushrooms till browned
  4. Add stock bring to simmer
  5. Add soup mix
  6. Bring to simmer
  7. Add rice bring to simmer 10 minutes
  8. Can do 1lb or 1.5lb of chicken. I just happened to have 20 ounces out

Notes

-Pre cooked rice is cooked with 50/50 stock to water ratio
