Tasty Bites

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1lb ground beef ( i use 85/15 and dont drain it)
  • 12 ounces spaghetti noodles
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tsp better than better than bouillon-beef
  • can of mushrooms
  • cup of diced tomatos
  • 1/2 yellow onion diced
  • 1-2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 jar of sauce ( i like the classico 4 cheese)
  • 2 tbsp of pesto
  • cracked Salt and Pepp to your taste

Instructions

1. heat dutch oven up and add ground beef and start browning. add some salt and pepp and some of the italian seasoning. Crack plenty of S and P.

2. add onion and soften.

3 once browned add the pesto, the mushrooms and tomatos and cook down a spell. Add the rest of the italian seasoning.

4. heat 2 cups water up in microwave and mix better than bouillon.

5. add jar of sauce to pot. rinse jar out with the water/bouillon and add to pot then mix well.

6. break noodles in half and layer into dutch oven and push below the liquid line.

7. cover and simmer. Dont stir it for about 10-15 minutes, but you'll need to keep poking it every 5 minutes to prevent the noodles from sticking.

8. after the noodles start to swell, mix it well. then keep the pot covered and scrape the bottom/stir every 5ish minutes until finished. (usually 25-30 minutes or until your doneness).

dial it up
